Many art galleries have mushroomed in the recent years that display artworks created by budding artists using commonplace items that are generally discarded. Many of these pollute the environment and numerous gallery artists have decided to take it in their stride to create awareness of the harm these products cause in the environment as pollutants. Most of these websites have a mixed collection of entries some of which advertise a great deal and add to the clutter.

NDI Gallery is an online art gallery that has a selection of some of the best artistes. This gallery focuses on displaying interesting artworks that use upcycling ideas and recycled objects. There are many ways to use material that is disposable and carelessly discarded. Most of these materials cause pollutants in the air if they are not properly destroyed. More and more people are now using their imagination and using these waste items and putting them to good use. They could be discarded medicinal pills that are outdated or a collection of old license and wood plates.

Plant and animal life has also been endangered due to pollution. To create public awareness one of the artists made the effort of using all the discarded sandals that were on the beach to make a huge shark and this has been set up for public viewing. Choosing the shark was a significant medium to tell the world that this was one of the mammals that were facing the danger of becoming extinct due to pollutants in the oceans.

NDI online art gallery has an interesting display of metal that was the remains of an ancient Russian car. The artist has transformed this into a robot and named it the Transfsormer. The studio feels that it is a symbol between man and machine. The message is loud and clear and the robot looks impressive.

Anyone with a passion for recycled art can register at their online website and become a member. They select only the best artworks after looking at many pictures sent in by artistes. Understandably they are interested in ensuring that it is the best artist website and they wish to give them the credit they deserve. NDI Gallery was originally an acronym for New Design Inspiration Gallery. They prefer to use the initials and as a non-profit organization try to keep the costs low by not filling up their website with advertising clutter.

Check out their site if you wish to enroll in this best artist website. The instructions are user-friendly and you can subscribe to their newsletter to be aware of the latest updates, news and announcements about the gallery. Learn more about their exhibitions and marketplace. They give you suggestions for using various reclaimed materials that can be upcycled to create artworks. You can decide to send in Sculptures, Installation art or Assemblage. Take a peek at the community workplace and submit your works to be one of the best artists on their online gallery.

Bullshido has been called the fraud of martial arts, and Carter Hargrave the Martial Arts Master is facing it head on. Hargrave is the head of two international martial arts associations and has seen his fair share of fraud, but now he is taking it to the next level and offering free information for anyone looking to find a legitimate teacher in the art of Jeet Kune Do, the Bruce Lee system, and Kempo or Kenpo Karate the hard hitting self defense style.

Unlike in Japan there is no martial arts regulation on martial arts in the United States. “I feel there should be regulations on who can teach what according to who taught them and how long they have been teaching” says Carter Hargrave. We must end bullshido, and those who dont have the credentials to teach the arts they advertise. Hargrave adds “If they, the teacher or school is not part of a larger group representing the art that is one indication that bullshido fraud may be a part of what is going on.”

You can check out the school or instructor online but so many times these days a competitor with some internet knowledge can bash a good teacher by posting negative comments usually hiding under an anonymous name. Do your homework and dont trust just one source. If they have been teaching a long time like Hargrave who has been at it over twenty one years then you can pretty much assume they know what they are doing. The cream rises to the top and the **** sinks to the bottom and goes away.

As a public service Carter Hargrave or his associates will answer your questions free of charge to help you find a good school in JKD or Kenpo. Email us here Carter Hargrave

The art of Andy Warhol was such that one of his pictures was soldrecently for over $100 million. He is best known for his pop art creations of celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe and Mick Jaggar along with the art of the more mundane items of daily life such as Campbells soup. Other noteworthy Pop Artists are Roy Lichtenstein, Pablo Picasso, Marcel Duchamp, Kurt Schwitters, and Man Ray.

The pop art ‘process’ used today in photo studios can be used to transform a photograph into a similar work of art. With todays digital technology creating personalised Pop Art from photographs is now an affordable way to get art for your home that is your own. Warhol style four panel pop art of portraits or pets are getting increasingly popular as the colours used help create an eye catching and unique centre piece for any room.

These days, many people are trying to recreate the magic that was created by Warhol in the 50s. This is because the media and other advertisers are trying to make various inroads into the minds of the people viewing programs and advertisements by manipulating various photographs. This has largely been possible because of the creative mind of people who first created pop art culture.
Though Warhol did not have all the modern technology with him, he was able to make stunning pictures that have lasted well beyond his lifetime in popularity. The use of myriad colors by the people of yesteryears in the pop art can be replicated using todays digital technology. The technology and the creative methods have changed but the concept of using one background for another picture has remained the same, using todays technology but the old styles and designs equally stunning effects can be created using anyones favourite photos.

Some of the tools that are needed to transform photographs into pop art include software like Photoshop or illustrator. There are various companies that make the work easy and convert the photograph into pop art. The photograph is made into a digital file and then the image of the person is cut out. This image of the person is then inserted into a different background to create a unique artwork that has become transformed into pop art.

Blue Horizon Printing provides a full service Pop art creation service offering as many proofs as the customer requires until they are 100% happy with the artwork, the design is then printed onto premium quality canvas and stretched over a solid wooden frame. The final pop art masterpiece is then delivered for free ready to hang straight on the wall.

Architecture is an art and science that marries the building and design of structures. In some ways one can say that, along with engineering, it is the sign of civilization. Once man was able to settle down and fashion his own dwelling, even by primitive means, this was the start of the first civilizations.

Originally, these structures were purely functional serving to keep people safe from bad weather and wild animals, and to give them privacy. But as modern construction procedures were developed, along with more advanced materials, architecture and engineering began to take a more artistic leaning.

The earliest treatise on the subject, De Architectura, was written by Vitruvius, dates back to the 1st Century CE. In it, the Roman architect says that a building has to have form, function, and durability. To this day, most architects still conform to those three tenets. It is probably even safe to say that some are more successful at adhering to those dogmas than others.

A few examples of these people are Frank Lloyd Wright, a major proponent of organic architecture who is often touted to be the greatest American architect of all time (famous for the house called Fallingwater and for the Guggenheim Museum in New York City); I.M. Pei, a master of modern architecture who created the pyramid at the Louvre and the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong; Frank Gehry, who designed the Dancing House in Prague; and the landscape architect and artist, Isamu Noguchi, among many others.

If these names sound familiar to you, it’s probably because their works are admired the world for being beautiful while being both functional and enduring. You’re likely to see their buildings mentioned in architectural texts, art books and even featured in architecture postcard designs. These, by the way, are not only proof of how respected the geniuses mentioned above are but, also function as a way to market their work. Like a portfolio, one might say.

In fact, some people in the business might publish high quality books that double as coffee table books and company profiles. Or, perhaps, they might have architecture postcard designs and construction postcard designs printed on elegant cards to send to potential clients. Others still, might support these efforts with their own websites.
